All appointments are held with a credit or debit card, though you will not be charged until your designated appointment time.

We understand that life is busy and schedules change.  However, last minute changes have a significant impact on our therapists.  Please be advised of our cancellation policy:

• - If appointment is cancelled 24 or more hours in advance, there will be no charge.
• - If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of service time, 50% of the service fee will be charged.
• - If appointment is cancelled within an hour of service time, or you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Emergency exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Lavish Medical Aesthetics and Day Spa.
